Enrico Pace Presents a Liszt-Centred Programme in Utrecht
On 22 January 2026, acclaimed Italian pianist Enrico Pace, professor at the Chamber Classics Festival, will appear in concert at TivoliVredenburg (Grote Zaal) in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
Renowned for his intellectual depth and refined musicianship, Pace presents a major piano programme centered on the music of Franz Liszt, alongside works by Beethoven, Schubert, Weber, Lutosławski, and Rachmaninoff. The programme explores Liszt’s artistic universe through works such as Consolation No. 3, selections from Années de pèlerinage, Soirées de Vienne, and the virtuosic Grandes études de Paganini, including La Campanella. Enrico Pace will also perform as Piano I in Liszt’s monumental transcription of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9 in D minor for two pianos, joined by an ensemble of distinguished international pianists.
